2023-2027 Generator Services for Campus in Franklin County. OPWDD's Contract Management Unit on behalf of Sunmount DDSOO is soliciting sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Generator Services at their main Campus located in Franklin County. The scope of work includes but is not limited to: Contractor must provide scheduled semi-annual/routine preventative maintenance services, scheduled repairs, and emergency services on generators. Work to be performed by the contractor under this contract will consist of furnishing all material, labor, tools, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide preventative maintenance services, inspections, emergency services, and repairs of every description, including inspections, adjustments, calibration, test, repair or replace equipment covered under this contract. Contractor must provide 24-hour emergency service, including weekends and holidays, and have a two (2) hour maximum response time. The Contractor shall not assign or sub-contract all or any part of said work without the express written permission of OPWDD's Business Office Administration. References, experience, financial resources, and applicable insurances are required. The bidder or it's principals must be able to provide references that verify they have 3 years of relevant experience. Prevailing Wages apply to this contract. The PRC number for this contract is PRC#2022011987. A copy of Contractors certified payroll is required to be submitted with invoices prior to payment for services rendered.
