High School New Softball Field Dugouts The Whitehall Coplay School District will receive separate sealed bids, for the below mentioned Projects, in the form of single prime lump sum contracts. The Projects are subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, 43 P.S. 165-1 et seq., and reference is made to the prevailing minimum wage rates applicable to each Project as promulgated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry. Checks shall be made payable to "D'Huy Engineering, Inc." Documents will be sent electronically after receipt of payment. Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: which Project you are bidding, company name, contact person, complete address, phone and fax numbers, and email address.
