Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work involves a single prime contract for installation of five (5) concrete ADA curb ramps and related work. All questions are to be submitted in writing to T&M Associates to mwall@tandmassociates.com. All questions must be received by 5:00 p.m. on May 24, 2022. The final addendum will be issued on or before 5:00 p.m. on May 27, 2022. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check of the bidder, or a bid bond prepared on the form of Bid Bond attached hereto, duly executed by the bidder as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company approved by the Owner, in the amount of 10% (Ten Percent) of the bid. Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bond. The Lehigh County Executive reserves the right to reject any or all bids, as well as the right to waive all informalities in awarding a Contract in the best interests of the County of Lehigh
