Site work for a water / sewer project in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project involves sanitary sewer CIPP spot lining repairs including, but not limited to: internal reinstatement of active service laterals, cutting of any protruding taps, light and heavy cleaning, pre CCTV verification, and NASSCO certified MH to MH post repair CCTV, complete in place. All related traffic control, resident notification, and restoration of disturbed areas are also included in the project Bids shall only be received by bidders that are pre-qualified by the Borough of Whitehall. Bidders that are not pre-qualified to date in the Borough of Whitehall should contact the Borough Manager for the requirements. An additional ten dollars ($10.00) will be required for each set of plans if they are to be mailed. All bidders that submit pre-qualification packages to the Borough for review will be alerted of their status by May 12, 2022. Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, along with Public Liability and Property Damage Certificates of Insurance in the amounts specified, as well as Certificates of Workman s Compensation must be filed with the executed Agreement. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein
