A. The Work consists of: 1. East Brunswick: Replacement of approximately 12,500 sf of existing EPDM roofing with new Modified Bituminous Built-up Roofing Assembly including associated roof drains, metals, flashings, etc. 2. Piscataway: Replacement of approximately 31,700 sf of existing EPDM roofing with new Modified Bituminous Built-up Roofing Assembly (including associated roof drains, storm piping, metals, flashings, etc.), installation of new metal panel assembly at rising walls, and installation of new roof drains and storm piping. The Owner and Architect have determined that only DPMC Trade Classifications listed below are deemed eligible to bid this project: C070 Roofing Built Up Mandatory site inspection is required by all prospective bidders. Additional site visits are by appointment only Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 3:00pm and must be arranged in advance through the Buildings and Grounds Department; contact information is included in the Summary section of the Bid Documents.
