Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Northfield, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Shore road, northfield, NJ 08225 Atlantic County will not be held responsible for vendors not receiving general information due to their not attending any pre-bid meetings No paper submission will be accepted Any questions concerning this specification must be submitted in writing through the electronic bidding portal question section of the specific bid Questions must be submitted no later than November 18, 2022. Bidders are required to comply with requirements of NJSA 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Every bidder must abide by the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act,. NJSA 34:11-56.27 et seq. 2" milling the existing parking lot as required to maintain the existing grades or to the proposed grades as provided on the plans and installing a minimum HMA 9.5M64 Surface Course, 2" thick, Pavement Excavation and installation of HMA 9.5M64 Surface Course, 2" thick, HMA 19M64 Base Course, 2" thick, and dense graded aggregate, 6" thick. Replacing handicap ramps and driveway aprons as shown on the plans and where directed. Resetting castings to proper grade as needed to complete the improvements shown on the plans. Replacing damaged curb where directed. Installing curb where directed. Installing 4'' Thick Concrete Sidewalk where directed. Installing 6''Thick Concrete Pad were directed Installing 1''-3''River Rock with Geotextile (minimum 4" thick) Installing new inlets, manholes, and 15'' High-density polyethylene (HDPE)where directed. Restoration of trench in parking lot/roadway per project details. Installing Type ''E'' Inlets with Bicycle-safe grates as shown on the plans. Digging test pits at utility crossings prior to ordering inlet boxes. Installing and restoring thermoplastic pavement markings. Installing and replacing regulatory and parking signs. Restoration and Repairs to Existing Fire Escapes per plans. Restoring disturbed vegetated/lawn areas. As a minimum, all lawns shall be restored with topsoil, fertilizer, seed, and mulch. Other materials shall be restored in-kind. Providing all necessary traffic directors and traffic control in accordance with the MUTCD. Township Police Department must be contacted for any closures. Roadway Parking Lot shall be clean and open to traffic at the end of every day.
