Slip Line Portion of the Existing Sanitary Sewer Mains Phase Ii" and Bearing the Name and Address of the Bidder Clearly Marked on the Outside. This Total Project Consists of the Cleaning and Installation of Slip Liner in Approximately 2,988 +/- L.f. Of City Sewer Mains and 30 Sewer Laterals With an Alternative Bid for 1,263 +/- L.f. Of Sewer Main With 19 Laterals. The Project Also Includes Some Other Miscellaneous Items as Required to Complete the Project. Bid Security in the Form of a Certified Treasurer's or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Bid Amount Not to Exceed $20,000 is Required and Should Be Made Payable to the City of Northfield With a Letter of Surety. Successful Bidder is Required to Pay the Higher of the Current State or Federal Prevailing Wage Rate to All Workers Employed on the Project. Successful Bidder Must Furnish a One Hundred (100%) Percent Performance Bond and One Hundred (100%) Percent Payment Bond Issued by a Surety Satisfactory to the Municipality. Bidders Are Required to Comply With the Requirements of the Affirmative Action Regulations of N.j.s.a. 10:5-31 Et Seq. And N.j.a.c. 17:27-1 Et Seq by Order of the City Council of the City of Northfield, Atlantic County, State of New Jersey.
