Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Lexington, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Base Bid. Window Replacements. Additive Alternate 1. Add manual roller shades with prefinished header box to windows on east elevation of the gym. Deductive Alternate 1. Eliminate the simulated divided lites on all of the new windows, while keeping internal muntins. Project Location: 545 N Upper Street, Lexington, Kentucky 40508 MBE (3%), WBE (3%), DBE (10%) (199) calendar days to substantial completion and an additional fourteen (14) days to final completion This project includes, but is not limited to, the removal of 25 existing steel windows and replacing them with new aluminum windows. Also included is the installation of prefinished metal sill extenders that will wrap the existing exterior concrete window sills. The general contractor will also be responsible for removing the existing hardware that opens and closes the operable windows on the north end of the Gym. There is one additive alternate and one deductive alternate.
