Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Manning, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a financial development; for site work for a financial development; municipal facility; and municipal facility.
The scope of work at subject property one, First National Bank, includes selective demolition, removal of existing applied elements and ornament removal of existing trim and existing fiber cement panel material. Existing windows, storefront and entries are to remain. New work includes patch and repair at existing roof in areas impacted by selective demolition, installation of new exterior substrate board at all areas, installation of EIFS system with trim and incised joints as indicated, installation of new trim, installation of standing seam roofing system at projecting saddle bag elements, new roof coping, and sealants. Work at subject property two includes masonry repair and repointing at buildings side wall, designated light repair and refurbishment of Main Street front façade, and installation of sealants. Both properties include other work as indicated in the Contract Documents.
