Site work, paving and addition to a mixed-use development in Manning, Iowa. Completed plans call for the addition of a stadium; for site work for a stadium; and for paving for a stadium.
Site Directions: Located south of 10th Street between Maple Drive and Concord Avenue. The Stadium View Subdivision Project includes the addition of 36 residential lots, comprising of 20 pocket neighborhood lots and 16 traditional lots, located south of 10th Street between Maple Drive and Concord Avenue. Work covered under these contract documents include pavement removal; subgrade preparation; new pavement installation; full depth patching; driveway installation; shared-use path and ADA curb ramp installation; and construction survey. These contract documents exclude excavation; grading; sidewalk installation; granular surfacing; complete utility installation including water main, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer; installation of sanitary sewer service stubs; erosion control; and seeding. Contractor shall fully complete the project no later than November 30 th, 2023
