The successful bidder shall supply and install two (2) new inflow pumps at the Wastewater Treatment Plant that meet or exceed the specifications of the existing pumping system. The contractor will purchase these pumps as well as one of two (1 of 2) 'fast-out' pump bases. The successful bidder will then install both pumps and bases Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond or financial security that guarantees the successful completion of this project in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. Submitted bids shall not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after opening. The City of Riverton reserves the unilateral right to accept or reject any or all bids, make substitutions and waive informalities and technicalities as will be in the best interest of the City of Riverton, and to accept the bid which is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Riverton.
