Clinton Township Supervisors will act on these Bids at their meeting on November 14, 2022, at 6:00 PM (local time). The Project involves modifications to the existing Drainage Swale, Ponding area & associated Culvert replacements located North Clinton Drive (T-525), that runs East to West, between Private Lot Owners, across Louise & Fredna Avenues to State Route No. 0054, and South to & crossing Clinton Drive. All work and all material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) Specifications Form 408, and its supplements. Addenda, if any, will be issued to only those persons whose names and addresses are on record with Vassallo Engineering & Surveying, Inc. as having obtained a Project Manual and Project Drawings. The Project Manual is one bound document, and the Project Drawings are one bound document. The Project Manual and Project Drawings are available for review at Vassallo Engineering & Surveying Inc., and at the Clinton Township office, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (local time). A certified check or bank draft, payable to Clinton Township Supervisors, or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to the total of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Attention is called to the fact that the Contractor must ensure that employees, and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, age, color religion, sex, national origin, or handicap. Not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Project Manual must be paid on the Project.
