The Successful Bidder Shall Furnish a 50% Payment Bond of the Total Award Price at the Time of Execution of the Contract. Technical Questions Regarding the Plans and Specifications Should Be Addressed to Andre Malan, Context Architecture, 65 Franklin St, Boston, Ma 02110, Telephone 617-423- 1400 X115. The Contractor Will Be Required to Pay Prevailing Wages in Accordance With the Classification Schedule From the Massachusetts Executive Office of Labor and Workforce Development Division of Occupational Safety. The Town of Saugus Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality in or Reject Any or All Bids if It Be in the Public Interest to Do So.
