Description

Site work and paving for a civil project in Colfax, North Dakota. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a water / sewer project.

The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all roposals and to not award contracts for any and/or all projects. The appendix will not be considered as a part of the 5 page proposal. Each proposal will be evaluated by a selection committee. The City of Colfax will conduct interviews. The City plans to interview up to three (3) of the most qualified engineering firms based on whose proposals most clearly meet the RFP requirements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
