This website will be updated with addenda, plan holder lists, bid tabulations, additional reports or other information relevant to bidding the Project. Official plan holders list will only be the list maintained by The City. It is the sole responsibility of all plan holders, whether they have received digital downloads or paper copies of the plans and specifications, to periodically check for Addenda which may have been posted on the USA website. Each bid must be accompanied by the Bid Documents, as indicated in Section 00 21 13 'Instructions to Bidders' , as well as a certified check, cashier's check, or Bid Bond payable to the City of Kerrville, Texas, in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid as a guarantee that the contract and bond will be entered into within ten (10) days after the award is made. No bids will be accepted after 3:00 p.m. on the date of bid opening. A Performance/Payment bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price will be required.
