Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bothell, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Per addendum #3, bid date has been postponed from 12/20/22 to 1/5/2023. The NORTH CREEK TRAIL SECTION 4 - PHASE 2 AND PHASE 3 proposes to construct a shared use non-motorized path between the Centennial Park driveway and the North Creek Trail Section 3 terminus along the south side of SR524. The general aspects of this work will involve construction of approximately 1,875 linear feet of 10-foot-wide paved trail with planter strip, mechanically stabilized earth wall, soldier pile wall, a moment slab over the existing Filbert Creek box culvert, pedestrian bridge crossingof North Creek, construction of approximately 1,758 linear feet of 12-inch-diameter water main, street light relocation, erosion control, site preparation, fencing, and utility adjustments Federal Aid Project STPUL-0110(017) (Phase 2) Federal Aid Project #TAP-0110(018) (Phase 3) The total estimated cost for this project is in the range of $4,360,000 to $4,820,000. The City of Bothell reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to further make award of the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interest of the City.
