The project includes roof replacement and installation of a new HVAC system. A. Health and Wellness Center Roof and HVAC Upgrade: 1. Base Bid work of this project includes: a. Work at the Health and Wellness Center (HWC) includes but is not limited to replacement of the shingle roofing (approximately 17,000 square feet) and of HVAC systems and Accompanying appurtenances for a fully functioning system. b.
