To convert an existing dry detention stormwater basin to a wet retention stormwater basin, with the excavation and disposal of approximately 13,988 cubic yards of soil materials, incidental clearing, grubbing, grading, storm drainage installations, solar powered pond aeration systems, erosion control, landscaping, fencing, and project site restoration. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, tools, equipment, etc., to complete the project in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
