PROJECT OVERVIEW: The County of York, Virginia (Owner) is seeking the services of a professional Contractor to construct two sidewalks. One sidewalk being a 5'-0" wide paver (brick) sidewalk along Zweybrucken Road and Ballard Street, totaling 935' in length (LF). The second sidewalk will be a 5'-0" wide exposed concrete sidewalk along Zweybrucken, totaling 75' in length (LF). The Work under this Project consist of: furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, permits, and fees to construct sidewalks along Zweybrucken Rd. as shown on the plans, specifications and contract drawings, including but not limited to: Demolition of the existing exposed concrete sidewalk; Construction of 3 ADA accessible handicap ramps; Construction of 40 LF of 6" concrete curb (CG-2); All incidental work thereto as detailed in the Contract Documents.
