Site work for a water / sewer project in Aransas Pass, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Sealed bids are invited for the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Water and Sewer Project Package 2, defined in the Contract Documents. The project consists of a base bid and one additive alternative. The base bid is generally escribed as installation of approximately 2,650 LF of 8" and 12" gravity wastewater mains, manholes, laterals, cleanouts, and pavement replacement over the trench. Additive Alternative #1 is generally described as placement of a 2" overlay within the project limtis in the Ctiy of Aransas Pass. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternative bid items as indicted in the bid form. Procedures for submitting bids, bidder qualifications, other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders and corresponding Contract Documents. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City of Aransas Pass is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encourages to submit bids.
