Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Somerset, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Installation of a fully operational Trihalomethane Removal and Tank Mixing System for one potable water storage tanks. The THM mixing system includes roof mounted blower/power vent, submersible mixer, surface aeration system, and control panel. Modifications to the existing prestressed concrete tank required for installing YHM mixing system. Electrical improvements at the site include a new three-phase electrical service and power distribution for the THM removal system. A pre-bid conference for the Project will not be held. Bid Bond: 5% Performance Bond: 100% Payment Bond 100% Completion Date: August 30, 2023
