Home plate and base paths to remain in same location. Mound to be brought closer to home plate for 46'/60' and 50'/70' layouts. Infield skin to be brought closer to home plate for 46'/60' and 50'/70' layouts. Edge and remove weeds from home plate to 13' radius. Edge and remove weeds from basepaths to 5' width. Remove weed growth from remaining skinned areas and dispose of offsite. Remove 6" of infield mix from oversized skinned areas and stockpile clean infield mix material to re-use. Remove 4" of loam in the area on field that is to be converted to skinned surface. Stockpile loam to fill area in outfield. Import native infield mix to create a uniform infield profile of 4" Laser grade and roll for finished surface. Import screened loam to create 6" of rootzone in outfield area. Seed all grass renovation areas with a Sun & Shade mix at 6lbs/1000ft2 Furnish and install new field equipment: New bury-all style home plate. New 4-sided pitcher's rubber. New Base Anchors for 60' and 70' layouts. One set of three (3) anchor plugs.
