PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Pepper Construction requests bids for the Skylight Replacement package for the Hamilton Southeastern Schools Lantern Road Elementary School Renovations project located at 10595 Lantern Rd, Fishers, IN 46037. This early-release bid package only includes the replacement of the existing skylight. SCHEDULE: Anticipated start of construction is June 2023 with all work to be completed by July 31, 2023. All remaining scopes of work will bid January/February 2023 including but not limited to replacing all exterior windows and doors, new interior windows and storefront and misc. interior glass/glazing among other interior renovations. PRE-BID MEETING: A virtual pre-bid meeting (not mandatory but encouraged) will take place on Wednesday, November 2, 2022, 8:00 AM ET via Microsoft Teams. Please see the bid manual for a link to the virtual meeting. PREQUALIFICATION: Trade partners must be prequalified prior to submitting a bid. Please visit the plan room for prequalification documents/information. The project-specific prequalification form is due to Caitlin Poe - cpoe@pepperconstruction.com no later than Wednesday, November 2, 2022, 5:00 PM ET. Trade partners will only need to prequalify once for the project. A second prequalification will not be necessary if you plan to bid any remaining work in 2023.
