The Houston Community College System ("HCC "or the "College") through this Request for Proposal ("RFP") is seeking proposals for Steel Supplies and Related Welding Materials to be used by HCC's Welding Technology Program. Delivery will be in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposal. The successful proposer will provide the specified requirements in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, standards and regulations necessary to perform the scope of services.
