Snow Plowing, Salt, and Snow Removal Services - Asnuntuck Community College Asnuntuck Community College ("hereinafter referred to as "College" or "ACC") a Connecticut State Colleges and Universities (CSCU) Institution is seeking qualified, professional snow plowing and snow removal services, at the Asnuntuck, CT campus. The Contractor shall provide and furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation services as needed to perform the contract in a safe and professional manner at the College 7 days per week and or during any snow or ice-related event. Services rendered shall include, but not be limited to snow plowing, snow removal, salting, and sanding. The contract period for services shall be for three (3) years of "snow seasons" commencing approximately December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2025. The contract may, by mutual agreement, be renewed and extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month renewal periods or parts thereof consistent with the terms and conditions of the original contract. Questions, with answers, will be posted on or before November 11, 2022 at 3:00 pm. CSCU reserves the right to award in whole or in part, to contract with one or more proposers, to reject any and all proposals, in whole or in part, and to waive technical defects, irregularities and omissions if, in its judgment, the best interest of CSCU will be served. Should CSCU determine that only one Proposer is fully qualified, or that one Proposer is more highly qualified than the others under consideration, a contract may be negotiated and awarded to that Proposer.
