Any Bid Not Submitted Electronically by the Deadline Will Be Automatically Rejected by the Countys Division of Purchasing. Questions Deadline: 1/23/2023 05:00 PM (ET) Please visit the Pipe, Ductile Iron (4-BUCCP-22025) solicitation at https://burlcobids.ionwave.net to submit questions by the deadline. This work shall consist of installing a Cured-in-Place Pipe Liner (CIPPL) that is inverted into and through existing various pipe sizes (12" to 36"). This work shall include but not limited to reinforced concrete, corrugated metal, and vitrified clay pipes to rehabilitate any structurally and/or functionally deterioratedstorm sewer pipes using the trenchless method. The CIPPL shall be inserted through existing structures including but not limited to Type B-inlets, manholes, and bridge abutment walls utilizing a vertical inversion standpipe and hydrostatic pressure. The CIPPL resin shall then be cured in by an approved EPA/DEP material into a hard, impermeable pipe. When cured, the CIPPL shall extend over the entire length of the inversion and shall form a continuous watertight-pipe-within-a-pipe. Any excess water or material must be removed from the stormwater system by the Successful Bidder. No contaminants shall discharge out the stormwater system. This work shall include design, construction, installation, operation, maintenance, and removal of Temporary Drainage Pipe By-pass System. The by-pass system shall be of adequate capacity to handle the flow. System shall be designed and maintained in accordance with NJDEP regulations for waterways. This work shall include repairing line obstruction such as dropped joints and the, removal and the disposal of dirt, refuse, debris, littler, and other foreign materials encountered inside and within the area of the full length of existing pipes prior to CIPPL inversion. The removal method shall not damage the existing pipe. Damage to the existing drainage system as result of careless or improper cleaning operations shall be repaired by the Successful Bidder without additional compensation. The material removed shall be disposed of according to applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. No additional compensation will be given for disposal of material removed from pipes.
