Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
In general, the work consists of: removal and replacement of the existing concrete boat ramp, removing and repaving the existing parking lot area adjacent to the boat launch, improving the ADA parking area, erosion control, sheet piling, excavation, concrete dock and kayak landings, floating dock installation, pavement marking, signing, site restoration, and other miscellaneous items of work. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work. . Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. A formal pre-bid tour will not be conducted for this project; however, a site visit is encouraged.
