Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cerro Gordo, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of: the replacement of HVAC in 1929 building with a boiler/chiller 2 pipe hydronic system with unit ventilators. Installation of system will include all work related to HVAC system, as well as work needed for exterior louver installation for unit vents, and installation of window infill where existing window units will be removed. Demo of existing HVAC system as outlined in the construction documents. Alternate bids for a 4 pipe system will also be included with same head end, and in space units, as well as additional glazing unit replacement are included. A. Email questions to Architect.
