Site work and paving for a civil project in Essex Jct, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project consists of replacing two deteriorated 6-ft diameter (78-ft long) CMP culverts with a 20-ft span precast concrete box culvert, including 250-ft of roadway reconstruction. The engineer's estimate for the work is between $800,000 and $1,100,000. The anticipated project schedule is to start construction about June 1, 2023 and complete construction about September 22, 2023, with tree clearing activities between January 2023 and March 2023. Water Main Relocation work may begin April 17th, 2023. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form.
