Three (3) year term with one (1) possible two-year extension Agreement Type: IDIQ Up to four (4) agreements may be awarded from this solicitation Funding: State & Federal The anticipated method of payment is cost per unit of work; cost plus fixed fee This Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Delaware Department of Transportation is for the purpose of acquiring Proposals from interested firms to provide utility designating, locating, coordination, and inspection services. The consultant will be requested by DelDOT to provide an estimate for the specific services or tasks that may include designating, locating, utility coordination and inspection services. The consultant shall provide all equipment, personnel, and supplies to perform the aforementioned services assigned by DelDOT. Services included but are not limited to engineering and surveying. Deadline for Questions to ensure response: Ten (10) business days prior to the proposal due date 2:00 P.M.
