The property is zoned MU-H and is part of a larger 15.5-acre site surrounded by Crossplex Boulevard. The Family Fun Center is intended to be the focal and connective point for the future Mixed-Use Development, as well as an entertainment destination for the greater surrounding Five Points West Community.
