Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Thorndale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Project generally consists of the removal and installation of 342 L.F of HERCP storm piping of various sizes, 54 L.F of 18 SLCPP storm pipe, four inlets, one endwall, cleaning of two existing inlets, curb and sidewalk replacement, and restoration of areas disturbed by construction. The Work will be performed under one Contract as follows: GENERAL CONSTRUCTION Questions will be accepted until 4:00 P.M., prevailing time on November 23, 2022; All questions must be submitted through PennBid. The Contract will be subject to the Prevailing Minimum Wage Determination established by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Labor and Industry. The OWNER hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all Bidders, to reject any or all Bids and to waive any omissions, errors, or irregularities in any Bid.
