As of February 1, 2023, the Town Manager cancel Invitation to Bid ("ITB ") 2023-07 Mary Collins Community Center Cabinet Replacement as the lowest bid is over the Town's current budget of $30,000. No definite date for the rebid The Contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to remove and dispose of existing cabinets, then furnish and install new cabinets at the Mary Collins Community Center. The Contract must furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to remove and dispose of existing cabinets, then furnish and install new cabinets at the Mary Collins Community Center. Work includes, but is not limited to, removal and disposal of existing cabinets, cleaning and inspection of openings, installation of new cabinets to match the existing, anchoring with approved tap cons, caulking and sealing inside and out, cleaning of work area, sweeping and vacuuming all work areas daily, perimeter caulking on stucco areas (caulk before stucco), patching of perimeter stucco and interior drywall where necessary, moving furniture for installation and restoring to original location once opening is completed, covering and protecting furniture during installation, coordination of all inspections as required by agencies having jurisdiction over the work. Contractor is to provide quantity, site specs, and measurements for replacement and calculations if needed.
