Renovation of a municipal facility in Miami Lakes, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project shall consist of, but not be limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to re-roof four (4) security guard gate houses located at the locations stated in Section D2. Re-roofing work and specs shall include, but not be limited to: o Remove all existing roof tiles and paper o All trash will be hauled away o Replace damaged wood (Deck, Fascia & Soffit) o Tincap 1/30# felt on the wood deck, as required by code o Install galvanized 26-gauge eave drip around the eave o Install "L" flashing wherever needed o Install lead stacks around vent stacks (if needed) o Underlayment: polyglass t.u. plus o Tile: category 1 / standard color - barrel tile - match HOA o Warranty: 10-year craftsmanship guarantee included No Pre-Bid Conference Available All Prospective Bidders/respondents Are Hereby Cautioned Not to Contact Any Member of the Town of Miami Lakes Staff or Officials Other Than the Specified Contact Person.
