Site work for a water / sewer project in Milton, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Milton Municipal Utilities Commission (Owner) is requesting Sealed Bids for the construction of the following Project: Newman's Branch Waterline Replacement Project The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of a portion of water line along Newman's Branch consisting of approximately 9,250 linear feet of 8" PVC water line, 500 linear feet of polyethylene service tubing, 90 linear feet of steel casing pipe (bore and jack), three 8" gate valves, eight connections to existing water line, 36 reconnections to existing water meters, surface restoration, and all necessary appurtenances for a complete project. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Contract #1 - Newman's Branch Waterline Replacement Project. The Work will be substantially completed within 180 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run, and completed and ready for final payment within 210 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $1,000.00 per day WVIJDC #2021W-2020 Bidding Documents issued as digital drawings and digital specifications, are available for $30.00 per set via the link
