No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidding RFI questions shall be submitted to Garri Webb Demolition of Buildings consist of three buildings, two each single story Metal buildings noted as Mt Washington Highway Garage approximately 7,426 s.f. and Curtis highway garage approximately 7,426 s.f. and one masonry single story building located at Civil Defense 911 Backup approximately 635 s.f. which is a bid alternate. This project is to do a complete structure demolition of the complete buildings, foundations, slabs on grade. This is to provide for a future replacement of the existing building to be constructed under separate contracts. The Garage buildings include multiple truck bays and office, restrooms, and break areas.
