Scope of Work Treasurer Office: Install carpet in all office areas (APPROX 1,850 SQ FT) Install LVT in break room, 1 large hallway, 2 closets, 2 small hallways, 2 single bathrooms (APPROX 940 SQ FT) Install 4.5" black cove base & adhesive all areas Vehicle Registration Office (WORK HOURS WILL INCLUDE AFTER 5PM/WEEKEND) Install LVT in all areas (APPROX 1,300 SQ FT) Install stair nosings Install 4.5" black cove base & adhesive all areas Voter Registration Office (WORK HOURS WILL INCLUDE AFTER 5PM/WEEKEND) Install LVT in all areas (APPROX 825 SQ FT) Install 4.5" black cove base & adhesive all areas *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
