The Caldwell County Commission (Commission) in Kingston, Missouri, is soliciting qualifications and general equipment rates for a company or team to perform tasks in pursuit of construction of the Little Otter Creek Reservoir (LOC) in Caldwell County, Missouri, which requires construction and maintenance and related tasks as needed. Phillips-Hardy (PHI) is the general contractor for the Little Otter Creek Reservoir and this ID/IQ solicitation is for tasks as part of or ancillary to the overall reservoir project that will be contracted directly with Caldwell County Commission and not as a subcontractor to PHI. The contract will be for a targeted duration of seven years. While the Commission has immediate needs for construction and maintenance of the Little Otter Creek Reservoir, the "on-call" or Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract (as it is known in federal contracting) will be to address foreseen and unforeseen tasks that may not be captured under a separate and different contract with another company. The team or company selected will be "on-call" to perform tasks that may or may not require the use of equipment and/or consulting expertise. Task Orders will be issued for projects on land owned by the Caldwell County Commission at the dam site or adjacent to or integral to the reservoir, marina/boat ramp area, raw water intake, and access road areas. These contractor(s) may be assigned to receive, administer, and bond all work performed on an as need basis.
