The Project is a new hangar for Washington-Warren Airport, and other Work. This project will provide a new 80 ft x 80 ft Medivac hangar to accommodate aircraft maintenance operations. This project will include constructing a new 80 ft x 80 ft insulated steel building with a 66 ft x 18 ft overhead hydraulic door. This building will be complete with a concrete slab and MEP underground work. The project includes approximately 1,146 sqft of interior upfit consisting of a breakroom, bathroom, office, parts, and parts cleaning room. There also will be 63 sqft of compressor room and approximately 5,254 sqft of hangar space. The upfit area will be a conditioned space, while the hangar space will be heated with propane. The new building's water and sewer services will be extended within 5 feet of the building perimeter for the utility contractor to connect to city water and sewer services.
