DB21-12(B) The Work will include, but will not necessarily be limited to, providing all equipment, materials, labor, supervision, and testing services for the Denver Park Annex Cocalico Creek Greenway Development improvements as further described in the Contract Documents. The Work includes accessible walkways, new benches, foot bridges, LED lighting, rain gardens and associated piping and landscaping and streambank restoration.Development of Denver Park Annex in Denver Borough, Lancaster County. Work to include restoration of 800 feet of Cocalico Creek; streambank stabilization; installation of stormwater management measures and riparian forest buffer; construction of pedestrian walkways; ADA access, landscaping, project sign, and other related improvements Each proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the required form, certified check, bank cashier's check to the Owner in the amount of 10% of the total Base Bid. Final questions are due no later than 12:00 p.m. on November 16, 2022. Bids will be effective for 60 calendar days from the Bid opening date except as permitted by law and may not be withdrawn during this period. A Non-Collusion Affidavit is required. Performance security in the amount of 100% of the contract price will be required. This project is being funded by the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Community Conservation Partnership's Program; Lancaster County Clean Water Fund - Implementation Large Grant; Commonwealth Financing (CA) Greenways, Trails and Recreation Program; and Alliance For The Chesapeake Bay Stream site Forest Buffer Establishment and Maintenance Agreement. This Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act conditions. This Project is subject to the Federal Occupational Safety & Health Act of 1970 (OSHA) conditions.
