Renovation of an educational facility in Ridgecrest, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project will include but not limited to the removal of existing equipment and whiteboards, relocate existing electrical, data, tape, texture and paint, ceiling tile replacement. Install configure, program vendor supplied cameras, microphones, audio controls, video controls, projectors, displays, whiteboards, and user touch panels. PREVAILING WAGE PROJECT: Yes Required 10% Bid Bond if proposal is $45,000 or over. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BOND: Required if proposal is $25,000 or over The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and/or waive any irregularities or informalities in any proposals and/or in the proposals process. Questions during proposals shall be submitted in writing to District's designated office. Fax copies will be accepted. No questions will be answered two (2) working days prior to proposal opening. E-mail questions will be accepted.
