Bests Key Rating Guide or by an insurance company that is either domiciled in Louisiana or owned by Louisiana residents and is Licensed to write surety bonds. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after receipt of bids. All applicable local, state, federal laws and regulations shall apply. The successful Bidder must submit executed copies of the Non-Collusion Declaration, Felony Conviction/E-Verify Affidavit within ten (10) days of the bid opening.
