As og November 19, 2024 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award was not yet been established. The intent of this Bid request is to obtain an offer to renovate partial existing Big Four Fire Department located at 23700 OK-33, Kingfisher, OK 73750 for single Stipulated Sum contracts, in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Interior renovation of existing Big Four Fire Department conference room. And Wall studs replacement due to termite damage. The five percent (5%) Bid Depository system of bid collection shall be used for all trades. Payment or Performance Bonds are to be in an amount other than 100% of the Contract Sum, indicate the dollar amount or percentage of the Contract Sum The security deposit will be returned after delivery to the Owner of the required Defect, Performance and Payment Bond(s) by the accepted bidder Question Deadline 11/04/2024 Direct questions to the Architect, email: gang.li@aipok.com. Owner reserves the right to reject a proposed subcontractor for reasonable cause. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the date of this Bid Opening. The Owner reserves = the right to reject any or all Bids and waive any informality or irregularity in any Bids received
