Site work and paving for a civil project in Kingfisher, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.
Beginning January 1st , 2022, during a period terminating on June 30th, 2022. All materials must meet the requirements of the Oklahoma Department of Transportation Specifications for Highway Construction, 2009 Edition, and its supplements, as approved by the Department of Transportation. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids. All bidders must complete a statement of non-collusion. Please contact Kingfisher County Clerks office for bid results at 405-375-3887. The successful bidders are required to be capable of producing a $5,000 Performance Bond upon request and successful contractors are required to show a Certificate of Insurance, its limits and Workers Compensation. ALL BIDS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED ON BID SHEETS PROVIDED. PLEASE BID ONLY ON ITEMS REQUESTED. PLEASE DO NOT REPEAT, MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS ADDITIONS DELETIONS, OR WRITE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON BID SHEETS UNLESS IT ASKS FOR PLANT LOCATION OR F.O.B. POINT. IF YOU DO, THIS WILL CAUSE THOSE ITEMS NOT TO BE CONSIDERED FOR OUR 6 MONTH LIST.
