The purpose of this ITQ is to establish fixed pricing for the lease of a twenty (20) yard roll-off container to collect wet screen materials from a predetermined location within the City in accordance with the specifications contained in this document. Wet screen materials include, but are not limited to, sand, sediment, plastic bottles, ordinary waste, and other organic/inorganic materials. The services are required as part of preventative measures to avoid contamination exposure of raw sewage debris, and prevent a health hazard to City residents, visitors, and businesses alike. The wet screen materials, or debris, are transported by staff to the roll-off containers provided by the current vendor and hauled away for disposal. Q & A deadline: Nov 07, 2022 10:00:00 AM EST. City of Miami Beach departments may, but are not required to, utilize the results of this ITQ to acquire the referenced service. Award of ITQ does not grant the successful Bidder exclusive rights or any work guarantee to provide the services. Through this ITQ, the City seeks to establish a unit price for the items listed herein. The bidders affirm that the prices provided represent the entire cost of the items in full accordance with the requirements of this ITQ, inclusive of its terms, conditions, specifications, and other requirements stated herein and that no claim will be made on account of any increase in wage scales, material prices, delivery delays, taxes, insurance, or cost indexes. Quantities are estimated only. ITEM 1 - Quote Form (Section 8). The Quote Form shall be completed in its entirety. All corrections on the Quote Form shall be initialed. Failure to submit the most recent quote form (either included in the original itq or released via an addendum) may result in bid being deemed non-responsive and not being further considered.
