City of Mitchell (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Livesay Lane Utility Improvements 2021-25 SRF Proj. # C461129-12 The Project includes the following Work: Installation of watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer along Livesay Lane, grading and seeding of a detention pond located southeast of Livesay Lane Bids are requested for the following Contract: City of Mitchell/Livesay Lane Utility Improvements The Project has an expected completion date of October 31, 2023. Additional Bidding Requirements Bidders on this work will be required to comply with Title 40 CFR 33 and Executive Order 12138. The goal for Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) on this project is one percent (1%) and the goal for Woman-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) on this project is four percent (4%).
