The Work includes: 1. Mobilize and demobilize all labor and equipment necessary to complete the Work. 2. Prepare and deliver all required submittals to the satisfaction of the PM and Owner. 3. Identify, protect and avoid all onsite utilities. 4. Establish and maintain temporary erosion and sediment controls. 5. Establish temporary traffic controls in accordance with local and state requirements. 6. Establish temporary barriers and demolish and remove noted materials as necessary. 7. Conduct earthwork and excavation activities 8. Install concrete foundations. 9. Install foundations, abutments, walls and/or piers, and construct new pedestrian bridges. 10. Install electrical conduit. 11. Install signage. 12. Install permanent seeding and landscaping. 13. Install Rock Sill Structures in-water in Patchogue Bay 14. Widen, re-align, and restore Little Creek 15. Adhere and proceed with construction in accordance with NYSDEC and USACE Permit Conditions.
