The North Slope Borough is seeking sealed bids for Anaktuvuk Pass 10-Plex Electrical Systems services for the Anaktuvuk Pass 10-Plex in Anaktuvuk Pass, Alaska 99721. The work includes Water, Sewer, & Electrical procurement & Installation. Questions are to be emailed to the Project Administrator Anne Bathan at anne.bathan@north-slope.org on or before November 22, 2022 1:00pm. Last day for questions shall be November 22, 2022. All potential bidders are urged to attend this pre-bid conference, an agenda will be issued with call-in information. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check payable to the order of the North Slope Borough for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal, or accompanied by a bid bond, in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the proposal, of a corporate surety licensed to do business in the State of Alaska, conditioned that the bidder will pay the Borough, as liquidated damages, the amount specified in the bond, unless it enters into a contract in accordance with its proposal and furnishes the performance and payment bond with surety satisfactory to the Borough in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price and insurance certificate within ten (10) days from the date on which it is notified that it is the successful bidder, its check (or bid bond) and the amount thereof shall be forfeited to the Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities or informalities in any of the proposals. Bids may be awarded in accordance with the Borough's preference policy, a copy of which is available upon request.
