Lime. Bid Prices Will Be F.o.b. To the Northeast Mississippi Regional Water Treatment Plant, 5590 Hwy 178 West, Fulton, Ms 38843. The Northeast Mississippi Regional Water Supply District Reserves the Right to Accept Alternate Bids in the Event the Primary Supplier is Unable to Provide Product as Specified. Lime Must Be Ansi/nsf Standard 60 Approved. All Vendors Shall Provide Certificate of Ansi/nsf Standard 60 Approvals. This Shall Be Submitted With Your Bid. The Bid Shall Be on a Bulk Basis and Material Shall Meet the Following Specifi- Cations: 1. Lime (Bulk) Available Lime Index 2.0% Available Calcium Hydroxide - 95.93% Caco3 - 0.61% Magnesium Oxide - 3.0% 90% of Material Should Pass 325 Water Insolubles Retained on Mess Will Be Less Than 0.8%. Delivery Delivery Shall Be Within 5 Days of Notification of the Order. Lime to Be Bid Delivered to the Plant Site in Peppertown, Mississippi. Delivery Times Recongnized. Size of Orders Will Be Based on Available Storage at the Plant. All Prices Shall Be for Bulk Quantities and Said Prices Shall Remain Constant for a Period of Three Calendar Months, January 1st, 2023 Thru March 31st, 2023, Following the Ac- Ceptance of the Bids. The Dis-trict Shall Not Recognize Any Modifications to the Price of the Chemicals Dur- Ing Quarter, Including but Not Limited to Fuel Sur- Charges and Other Charges. Invoices Received After the Third Wednesday of the Month, Will Be Paid the Fol- Lowing Month. The District Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
