The Pearl River School District Paving Projects: In this instance of request for several proposals, it is understood that the Board of Education reserves the right to award a contract for the proposal in the manner deemed to be in the best interest of the school district. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, incidentals and services of every kind necessary, except as specified below, for paving projects (all collectively hereinafter referred to as the work).
